Prior to TransForce, David served as a Sales Executive in the transportation industry with three different Fortune 500 transportation and trucking companies. During the infancy of TransForce, Inc., David was nominated for a number of Entrepreneur of the Year and growth awards; and has since become widely known as a cutting-edge leader in the transportation workforce industry. David is a University of Tennessee graduate with a degree in Transportation and Logistics.

Howard holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from James Madison University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from George Mason University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Virginia.

Kimberly has 20+ years of leadership experience in her field, leading teams for IKON, Ricoh and most recently as the Vice President of Operations for TrueBlue, Inc. She has led global and national teams in accelerating new business, creating sales and training platforms for development, leading company transformation and managing P&L’s of more than $850 million.
Division President, Employment Solutions
Prior to joining TransForce, Joe spent seven years as the General Manager for The Airport Connection where he logistically operated the ground transportation for the Baltimore Washington International Airport.
Joe is a Towson State/Widener graduate with a degree in Business Management.
Division President, Digital Recruiting
Jon has more than 15 years of experience in sales and operational leadership in digital recruitment technology. In his last role, Jon served as Vice President of Enterprise Sales of a SaaS startup focused on employee engagement and automation. He has managed a $40M division for one of the world’s largest job boards, and launched a company focused on marketing local businesses.
Jon has a degree in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and completed coursework at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.

The CDL Schools is also the founder and leader of Troops Into Transportation, an initiative that is in partnership with the U.S. Government to create truck driving jobs for troops in search of employment. Veterans can use their Post-9/11 GI Bill for training with Troops Into Transportation, and employment in the National Transportation Industry.
Al is based in Miami, Florida and has a degree from Boston College.
